What Does the following MRI Scan Result Indicate? 

My MRi shows- shoulder left, rotator cuff tear- high grade partial tear, Labrador tear-slap and anterior inferior, type 2 carom ion, with spur, degenerative changes AC joint with inferior spurring, ac joint hyper trophy with underside impingement on rotator cuff, proximal bicep tendon tear. How serious is this? I am in pain everyday but it is annoying pain. My arm gets stuck... Should Imhave surgery or wait until I can no longer stand pain?
